You would do well ignoring posts by this person - his level of Biblical
illteracy is one of the reason I hardly ever post anymore. It takes very
little effort to see that Amaziah is not carrying out the will or wishes
of
God. See a few verses before (vs 7&8) to see that God is not with Amaziah
and in fact is going to "bring him down"
I would suggest looking at the sections of scripture that EoEB posts at
least the chapter before and after before passing comment.
Ever read the part where God kills 42 children?

I dunno about any POW's, but there are a few people
i'd like to throw off a cliff, and apologetics won't let me!
Every time i suggest it, somebody says "How could you?"
My answer comes easy, get them before they get US. The
US Constitution protects freedom, NOT the abuse of it..
GOD however doesn't recognize apologetics, niether does
Smith & Wesson. I forsee fuedalism making a comeback
REAL soon, it's gonna be necessary!!!

I've got the Precious Moments(tm) figurines depicting that event.

God didn't kill those kids, a bear did. :-) Bears don't like
it when you call people "baldy". And killing children for
saying stuff like that is proper - according to the bible.
I think it's funny when someone accuses someone of
illiteracy can't even spell it.

This god was just following it's own rules; killing children
that sass their elders is a proper thing. You're supposed to
take them to the city gates and stone them to death. I
wonder why the True(tm) christians are not doing this today?
Maybe because there are no city gates anymore?

Throwing rocks might be harder to find in the city than in a

I would think that the True(tm) christians would keep a good
supply of rocks on hand just for this purpose.

"Stone sir?" "Nah, they got a lot of them lying around on the ground."
"Not like these sir. Feel the quality." "Alright. I'll take two flats and a packet
of gravel."
