Atheism is also a belief in non-existance of God
Nope. Stop lying about atheists.
and all beleivers in
atheism very strongly defend their belief, call it their narrow
mindedness or enlightment, it is no different than the passion people
expresses in their religious beliefs such as christianity.
I see: you now think you speak for all atheists as well as all Christians.
Fascinating symptom.
I separated
all beliefs including atheism. Looks like you are a narrow minded
person incapable of understanding intelligent arguments. Calling people
liars without provocation shows that you need to grow up.
You are still lying about atheism. Atheists don't have 'a belief in [the]
non-existance [sic] of God [sic]': the very *notion* of that specific
god-fantasy - one of countless thousands of such fantasies, all of them
completely without evidential support - *simply has no meaning* outside of
the (in your tradition's case) Biblical belief system. Furthermore,
'strength of conviction' or 'passion' are not in any sense proof of
'religion'; and rational belief founded on an evidential basis is NOT the
same as proudly and determinedly counter-factual 'religious faith'. So I
repeat: *Atheism is not a religion*.
God-deluded people and their appeasers continually try to bring these silly
superstitions before non-believers -- and these non-believers respond by
saying (i) that there is not the slightest evidence for any of the thousands
of different god-fantasies that have swarmed and multiplied in the darkness
of the primitive mind; and (ii) that an overwhelming mass of modern human
knowledge makes the existence of every one of these 'gods' completely
implausible, even where the actual claims of a given 'religion' aren't
ridiculous on strictly logical grounds. Atheism is as much a 'religion' as
*your rational and principled and determined refusal to believe in the
Easter Bunny* is 'a religion'. Atheism is merely *a position adopted with
regard to a religious issue*. And if you can't see the difference between
those two things, then you are pitiful as well as despicable.
Katt.

Les,
I believe that a desire to learn about both creation science and evolution
is evidence of an open mind.
What other religions do you have a desire to learn about?
Aside from 'Creation Science' what other mystical pseudosciences do you
want to learn about? Astrology? Geomancy?
Forcing children in public schools to learn
only about evolution is evidence of schools wanting the children to have

You can make that claim all you like, but that will never make it true.
Refusing to teach a religious doctrine in a science class is not
evidence of a closed mind and never will be. If you can ever provide
scientific evidence to support any of the claims of Creation Science,
then, and only then, it can be considered for inclusion. Until then, it

More nonsense. I am quite well versed in Creation Science. I learned it
quite well in my church as a child. I also learned that people who
really want to believe will misrepresent facts to make them fit
doctrines. When you can present facts that _fit_ creation science, then
you have something to say, until then, you are merely bearinf false

For the same reasons that Galileo and Copernicus done the same thing. They
were of the opinion that they were right despite the fact that all of the
other scientists (and establishment) told them they were wrong. Evolution
is the modern day "establishment" or "big brother". It does not matter to
me that the majority of science professors disagree with me. The vast
majority of the people in America agree with me. They believe that God
created the world and life. Hundreds of people that have Ph.D degrees
agree with me. Just because you are part to the establishment does not
mean that you are right. Eventually, the science establishment did accept
Galileo and Copernicus. I doubt that the current science establishment
will ever realize that they are wrong.

Great point. Do you agree that the evolutionists are doing a better job
as "big brother" and "establishment" than the Christians done about
150 years ago?
When they rushed to court to prevent the teaching of ID in the public
schools--it's clear proof that they are doing an outstanding job in
their role as "big brother". They learned a lot from the famous book

"Do you agree that the evolutionists are doing a better job as "big

Are you still beating your wife? Science has a direction of change based
on increasing evidence and newer tools. There will have to be evidence of
such clear difference then that now at hand to turn back the clock that it
can't be imagined what it would be. Cs and id folk have lost this time
round too because they have no new evidence that should suggest a look
back 150 years.
"When they rushed to court to prevent the teaching of ID in the public

They went to court, that's the way constitutional matters like this are
resolved in our country, no less speedily then those who want to protect
various forms of religious expression. They have prevailed in court
because the state can't promote a religion and id clearly is as a backdoor
code word for cs.
One feature in the '1984' book was "newspeak" which where the meaning of
words was turned backwards, just as we have where id is said not to be a
code word for religious based ideas and where "freedom to decide" means
religion must be presented by the state and where "science" means anything
that allows id even if it is not science.

They learned a lot from the famous book
entitled, "1984".
When "evolutionists" torture and murder people for not believing as they do,
get back to us, will you?
Hello,
They don't murder us--they just use ad hominiem attacks.
Oh.
Many of the state colleges will not hire a professor unless he or she is
an advocate of evolution.
In which discipline?
They won't let us teach ID in the public school systems.
That's because it is not science.
Those things are easier than murder and are just as effective.
Poor thing.

You've never explained what you mean by that or what your objection are

I'll explain by giving examples:
one or two types of dogs evolving into dozens of types of dogs (micro-evolution)
one or two types of flowers evolving into dozens of types of flowers (micro-e)
one or two types of deer evolving into dozens of types of deer (micro-evol.)
a dog evolving into a deer (macro-evolution)
a flower evolving into a tree (macro-evolution)
a deer evolving into a cat (macro-evolution)
I believe that micro-evolution is a fact and that macro-evolution is
mere speculation and is not a fact or theory.
Dr. Gish wrote a book entitled, "Evolution: The Fossils Still Say No". Dr.
Gish claims that the fossils clearly show that macroevolution does NOT
occur.

Hello,
I was making use of examples to prove to you that macro-evolution is based on
speculation--not fact. Allow me to use another example of macro-evolution
and tell me your opinions:
An Ape evolving into mankind (macro-evolution)
I should note that I once saw a poster or chart on the walls of a state
college science lab. The chart clearly showed all sorts branches of plants
and animals that macro-evolved from the first cell. If you had seen the
chart, you would agree that evolutionists believe that macro-evolution is
how all modern plants and animals came to be. They all macro-evolved from
the first cells. This is classical evolution theory.

Evolution is based on evidence that well supports an idea, it is not a
belief system where evidence is not an issue. Human evolution is one of
the better examples with its evidence in support. Evolution on the macro
level is supported by the evidence that species once common are now
extinct and those now common did not exist at previous times. That small
and well documented bit of evidence is all that evolution requires to be
supported and for which any proposed alternative idea must account for
equally well for it to have any consideration.

And biblical mythology says that man was created in the image of God so God
is a great ape (or is that Great Ape?) as well. Jacon should take the
chart he is in love with and look at the dude to the far left - that guy is
God.

I was making use of examples to prove to you that macro-evolution is based on
speculation--not fact. Allow me to use another example of macro-evolution
and tell me your opinions:
An Ape evolving into mankind (macro-evolution)
First off, that is not how scientists define macro-evolution. If you
are going to talk about a technical subject you need to use the
established terms. More importantly, your position on the evolution of
humans is not a conclusion from the evidence, it is the thing you want
to be true. But you have to explain how come so much other evolution
can occur, but not that.
It sure it. It took 4 billion years for that to happen. The term is
Common Descent.

The creation science of 150 years ago was the establishment and big

Great point. Do you agree that the evolutionists are doing a better job
as "big brother" and "establishment" than the Christians done about
150 years ago?
When they rushed to court to prevent the teaching of ID in the public
schools--it's clear proof that they are doing an outstanding job in
their role as "big brother". They learned a lot from the famous book
entitled, "1984".
What other lies do you want taught in public schools?
macro-evolution
You've never explained what you mean by that or what your objection are
to the discovery that species change over time.
I'll explain by giving examples:
one or two types of dogs evolving into dozens of types of dogs (micro-evolution)
one or two types of flowers evolving into dozens of types of flowers (micro-e)
one or two types of deer evolving into dozens of types of dee | | | | | | | | | | |
