If only %80 of witches were women I would say that it should of been %20
(addition wise) higher!! Everyone knows a man is a warlock! DUH! A
man cant be a witch! <<

That's kind of a literary thing left over from "Bewitched" and comic
books.
Men who practice Wicca often do refer to themselves as "witches."

Higher proportion of executed females over males by the
hands of tyrants or despotic establishment indicates that
persecuted women weren't as solvent in the capacity of a
jailed slaves. Because initially, their gulag economy didn't
have such huge importance in capitalization from slavery,
let alone as large scale and high sophistication as current
prisons in the world's contemporary incarceration industry...
