Read your own post. No, you have done nothing of the sort. You have said

Falwell:
When one of my staff members spoke with the girl's mother in California, she explained that her daughter actually loved to recite
the Pledge of Allegiance in her Elk Grove school. She also said that the little girl was an active member of her church and a professing
Christian - hardly the rigid atheist her father portrayed her to be.< <
I previously said:
"Michael Newdow NEVER portrayed his daughter to be an atheist of any sort,
let alone a rigid atheist."
Now that was just ONE OF THE UNTRUTHS of which Falwall was guilty.
The rest are in the post in which you claim they are not. I have several

No more.

He seems to be speaking to the rigidity of himself and his daughter. The
mother has said the daughter DOES NOT share his rigitity. His contention is
that she (the daughter) does share the rigidity, and that is why he can (and

If you are the custodial parent, then you bring the suit. Newdow is a
crybaby that is using the court to bring to bear his views on his

<<<Right after the terrorist strikes in New York and here in Washington,
when America was wounded and confused, the Reverend Falwell was a guest on
Pat Robertson's 700 Club. He said that God Almighty, angered by America's
abortion rights, gay rights, and secularism in the schools, had permitted
terrorists to slay the World Trade Center and smite the Pentagon:
"What we saw on Tuesday," said Mr. Falwell, "could be minuscule if in fact
God continues to lift the curtain and allow the enemies of America to give
us probably what we deserve."
Mr. Robertson joined in, saying, "Jerry, that's my feeling. I think we've
just seen the antechamber to terror. We haven't even begun to see what
they can do to the major population."
Then Mr. Falwell concluded, "I really believe that the pagans, and the
abortionists, and the feminists, and the gays and lesbians who are
actively trying to make that an alternative lifestyle, the ACLU, People
for the American Wayall of them who have tried to secularize AmericaI
point the finger in their face and say, you helped this happen."
Last week, both the reverends issued apologies. Mr. Falwell called his own
remarks, "insensitive, uncalled for, and unnecessary"everything but
wrong.>>
