WALNUT CREEK, Calif. -- A couple who wanted to become parents again
after their two children were killed by a hit-and-run driver have
lost their unborn twins due to complications with the pregnancy.
Carmen Pack's life was threatened by infections linked to tears in
the amniotic sacs of the twin male fetuses, her husband said. At 20
weeks' gestation, the twins were too young to survive a premature
delivery and the pregnancy was terminated Friday.
Hello,
"God's will ?" Of course not. There are random events that can occur
to anyone, including accidents and medical problems etc. The Bible
even acknowledges such things. Ec 9:11,
"I have seen something else under the sun: The race is not to the
swift or the battle to the strong, nor does food come to the wise or
wealth to the brilliant or favor to the learned; but time and chance
happen to them all." (NIV)
But here is what "God's will" will soon be. Re 21:3,4,
"3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling
of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his
people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 4 He will
wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or
mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed
away." (NIV)
Got any evidence to back that up?
Free clue. The Bible is *not* evidence that the Bible is true.
Sincerely, James
