Hairs From Mystery Chile Creature Recovered
The technical term for that public hair in these parts would be "relics".
That does raise a question. Churches around Europe claim all sorts of
interesting saintly tidbits. Anybody know if a church claims to own
saintly public hair?

Public hair?
Well, it can't be very private if everyone is talking about it.

I know several churches claimed to own the foreskin of the
baby Jesus.
One of the true facts that caused many people in the 1700's
to turn to Atheism and skepticism.
Bottles of the milk of the 'virgin' Mary were popular too.
The credulity and dishonesty of the RCC were legendary.

"public" hair. Well, if I was going to make a slip, it could just as well
be Freudian. Yes, I am getting older.
I think I've heard of baby Jesus foreskin.
Milk, huh? That seems difficult to maintain. And "inconvenient" for
priests, monks and nuns to acquire?
I guess relics are a "loaves and fishes" sort of thing. Get them all
together and you could probably construct several Jesuses.
