you cannot expect the common man to believe that this complicated
universe has no Creator. that is an enormously far fetched notion which
requires immense faith to sustain it.
Nonsense.
***** you arsehole.
prove that this universe could exist without a Creator.
Sorry, it's your absurdly complex, invisible pixie. Show evidence it
exists.
nope.
try this...
assume that God does not exist, then try to compute the chances of the
universe existing in its present form.
you'll soon discover that the chances are highly remote if not non-existent.
therefore you must conclude that the likeliest scenario is that an
intelligent entity (called God) created the universe.
scientists cannot even work out how this present universe exists. all
their current theories predict utter chaos. they cannot work out why the
universe is so well ordered.
You don't have a clue what you're talking about.
yeah, i do. there is no explanation for a universe with low entropy.
the universe effectively exploded into being. you'd expect chaos.
The truly implausible explanation is the invocation of invisible,
infinitely complex beings with inexplicable powers.
trust me, China, this universe needed a Creator. there is no other
plausible explanation for its existence.
I see no reason to trust someone as ignorant as you've displayed yourself
to be.
don't be a ***** all yer life, sport. work it out for yourself.

Try _this_:
Assume that God does not exist, then try to compute the chances
of one springing forth in its present state.
you'll soon discover that the chances are highly remote if not non-existent.
Yeah, that's what I thought, too.

Why? The argument is valid from either point of view. Besides,
this way I can be as unthinking as any christian.

well in that case, I rate the probability as ZERO. No Creator, no universe.
The argument is valid from either point of view.
no, i don't see that.
Besides, this way I can be as unthinking as any christian.
give them some credit. most Christians don't gargle poison even though the
Bible says they won't be harmed by it.
of course, the Bible is *lying* when it says that.
and Christians who get bitten by snakes, generally make a beeline for some
anti-venom serum.
there's a lot of ***** in the Bible that gets filtered out by Christians.
