Hunger is wonderful :-)
Its how we know what GOD wants, which is what is good.
Yes, hunger is our knowledge of good versus evil that Adam and Eve
paid for with their and our immortal lives.
Be hungry... be healthy... be hungrier... be blessed:

....at least, that's what I'm hoping. :-)

Let me guess. You are fat and addicted to eating whenever you want,
whatever you want and how much you want?
You should have referenced and supported your "parody" logically, so we
can all have a good chuckle for Christmas.

That was perhaps the worst parody of intellectualizing I've ever seen.

Well, no sensible person could be so dense. :-)

Excess human adipose tissue caused by over-eating is quite "dense" in
actuallity, and yes such persons are not "sensible" and would better off
choosing to go hungry.
Amazing how you get things right occasionally. Do these truths come
naturally to you, or only by great effort?

You're missing the whole point Frank. It's not the concept that was
being brought into question, but rather how and why the concept itself
is presented by a certain someone. (Once again, I'd love to discuss
the apologetics involved.)
But as to the concept itself, being hungry all the time is a bad thing
in my experience.
As the old saying goes; 'there's nothing worse than an itch you can't
scratch' add to that 'something's gotta give' and in my opinion you
have someone who will eventually be driven to binging by constant
hunger, or perhaps driven insane by it.
People who are hungry all the time, whether they are overeating or
only eating 32 oz. per day or anywhere in-between, suggests to me that
they are not eating a properly balanced diet that's high in nutrition.
And the less you eat, the more balanced *concentrated* high nutrition
you need (drinking enough water is a prime factor in this). I know
several guys who like myself, have gotten themselves into prime
physical condition with a BMI between 20 and 22, and none of us ever
feel hunger pangs.
I can get by just fine on 32 oz per day myself, based on my very
balanced diet of concentrated high nutrition, without feeling hungry
any/all of the time.
However, if I ate only 32 oz of just anything daily, I'm pretty sure
I'd be feeling serious hunger pangs all the time - and that would be a
bad thing - because either my discipline or my sanity would eventually
go kablooie.

in my experience.

There are even those today who practice self-flagellation and use the
cilice, a modern-day version of the hairshirt and so being hungry all
the time is in line with that and should be taken as seriously as
those.
