Can anyone please tell me which amendment of the U.S. Constitution
specifically guarantees a woman's 'right to abortion'?
Go read the Roe v. Wade decision, and you'll see that the Justices
decided that anti-abortion laws violate the 14th Amendment.

You say the 14th, someone else said the 10th, and of course Ray
Fischer cited the entire Bill of Rights. My point is that if the
people who are pro-abortion can't agree exactly where this "right" is
cited, then how are we who are pro-life ( that includes sitting
Justices of the SCOTUS )supposed to agree with you?

I've read the dissenting opinions. Have you? The right of privacy is
implied by the 4th, 10th, and 14th Amendments. Many courts have ruled

RoevWade is criminal.
No, Roe v. Wade is the decision of the Supreme Court of the United
States; and as such, is the final word on the subject until a
constitutional amendment is passed or the ruling is overturned.

This is disjoint, roe-vs-wade is a supreme court decision. It is
not a right as the SC does not have the power to create a right.
It can fall to another SC decision or congress.

And as such it is the law. By definition. And therefore cannot be
criminal.
Unless you can explain how a legal activity can be illegal.
It is
not a right as the SC does not have the power to create a right.
Since the only rights that exist are those that are defined and
protected by law SCOUS has a direct bearing on what is or is not a
right. I agree it cannot create a law or a right but it can recognize
an existing but previously unrecognized law or right.
It can fall to another SC decision or congress.
As can anything else, including any law you can name.
