I look after an old persons affairs, they are over 95, and for tha last 12

In the last few months they are now curled up in a fetal position, just
laying in bed, and dementia has hit bad, and they no longer can talk nor do
they know what is happening around them.
There is no chance of this being reversed, and they are now only skin and
bone, IE no mental capacity at all.
Now if thus were me, I would like to be put down, as there is no quality of
life, and no cnhance of any. A quick needle and a peacful dignified passing
on.
Yet the Govenment here does not allow that.
IMHO they should, with the proper saftey measures of course put into place.
If they're suffering from dementia, maybe they're happy. Leave them
alone; once your dead, you stay that way a long time
Does that work with the ***** butt flu?

'***** butt flu'?
I'd point out how blatantly offensive that is, but then again, most
people around alt.atheism on either side don't seem to mind it so meh.
