What do you think McDonalds use? Cheap from your local clinic......
Here they're claiming to use canola. Interesting since just 4-5
years ago they were using shortening.
in the US, they call that beef tallow.

too late, the vegetarians discovered that all their "vegetarian"
fries were being cooked in beef tallow.
