Sure. Here is some:
Long story short. A ton of regret bricks are getting ready to fall
on the head of one Kenneth R. Pangborn who purchased a college "degree"
(fake) from a diploma mill and used that fake credential to bolster his
failing business. Can you say, "FRAUD"?
The link directly below is to Kennth R. Pangborn's curriculum vitae
that he posted on a Texas Lawyers organization group because he hoped
some fool would hire him as an expert witness. Note that he lists
Shaftesbury University in London as the school that granted both his
undergraduate and graduate degrees.

Look up Shaftesbury University in Wikipedia. See how Kenny's
so called "degrees" are part of a sham? His daughter had already told
us that this was the case, but this is hard proof that not even Kenny
can deny. Ken Pangborn is a FRAUD.
Shaftesbury University is part of the "University Degree Program
(UDP), an unaccredited consortium of diploma mills run by Jason and
Caroline Abraham (alias: Yaakov and Chaya Rochel). In 2004, The Houston
Chronicle noted UDP is the "granddaddy" of diploma mill operations and
started operating in the mid-1990s.[1]] In fact, "after an
investigation by the Federal Trade Commission, its owners turned over
$100,000 in profits and promised to stay out of the degree-selling
business." [2] However, "the e-mailing hasn't stopped. The call centers
haven't closed. And the money hasn't stopped flowing. If anything, the
business has grown."
The Chronicle revealed one of the two owners is "a mother of four who
has a Ph.D. in mathematics and lives in Brooklyn, NY." The paper
explained day-to-day operations, which "sold more than 30,000 degrees
and may have earned $50-million or perhaps in excess of $100-million"
with its "call centers in Israel and Romania."[3]"

beside the name of the school and that will take you to the following
article.

A Connellsville man is accused of working as a children's mental health
counselor to state medical assistance recipients for almost three years
without having the proper qualifications.
Leon Edward Shal Jr., 60, of 420 S. Eighth St., faces charges of
complicity, welfare fraud, theft by deception and insurance fraud,
filed by the state Attorney General's Office after a yearlong
investigation.
Shal was a member of the therapeutic support staff at Connellsville
Psychological and Counseling Services, 41 S. Pittsburgh St., from April
2000 to February 2003, according to court documents.
During that time, he allegedly counseled numerous young patients -- all
of whom were clients of the state Department of Public Welfare, Medical
Assistance Program, and he billed the state for his services through
Richard W. Pritts, his employer, and Value Behavioral Health of
Pennsylvania Inc., a health maintenance organization contracted by
Fayette County.
The type of services allegedly offered by Shal required that the
provider have an education that includes, at minimum, a bachelor's
degree. Shal allegedly told his employer he obtained his degree from
Shaftesbury University, in the United Kingdom, in 1986.
However, the state's investigation revealed that, not only did Shal's
university diploma contain two misspellings, but the institution is not
recognized, or accredited, in the United Kingdom or the U.S.
And while the school claims to be accredited by the European Committee
for Home and Online Education, that institution also is not recognized
in the United Kingdom or the U.S.
The state further claims that Shal, when counseling medical assistance
patients, was required by state law to do so one-on-one, yet billing
information obtained by investigators showed that he had on numerous
occasions billed the state for treating two or more patients at the
same time, according to court documents.
The state's investigation allegedly found that Value Behavioral Health
had paid Connellsville Counseling and Psychological Services almost
$150,000 for therapy services allegedly rendered by Shal during the
three years he worked at the clinic.
Shal was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty
Sr., of Connellsville, and remains free on $20,000 unsecured bond. A
preliminary hearing has been set for June 2 before Haggerty.
