So, Cindy, no response to my post of 4/2/04?
I work fulltime and am working on a Masters thesis and have three
growing teenage sons to keep me busy, and I don't have time to respond
to everything.
Hmm. You said you were prepared to make a
logical argument. Well I guess not being prepared is
preferable over not having a logical argument.
If you'll send it to me again, I'll see if I can get
around to responding to it.
Maybe I can't blame you. You don't really seem
to have much of a logical argument. I think
your only defense of Aquinas has been that perhaps
reality is too absurd for us to really understand.
And your support for the existance of God has
been simply that the RCC says so.
I believe in God for a variety of reasons, some scientific and some
faith-based reasons. I'm a supporter of Intelligent Design Theory.
I've also studied the Bible and believe it to be the Word of God and
believe it accurately describes the activities of God and God's
people down through the ages. I am essentially a mystic in that
reality is not a problem to be solved but a reality to be experienced.
I have personally experienced the presence of God in my life. I have
seen a vision of the Blessed Virgin Mary and Good Saint Anne. I also
believe the teachings of the Catholic Church.
What specifically do you want to know?
I think I pretty well understand your position.
