'm having a little trouble accepting theories of Atheism.

Atheism is not a theory or religion, and should not be capitalized
except at the beginning of a sentence.

Here are a few things that hinder me:

1: Why didn't/doesn't life evolve on the moon? or Mars?

1) Lack of water. 2) How do we know that life did not evolve on Mars.
3) What the hell does this have to do with atheism?

2: Why does fruit grow? (Oranges don't have good survival tactics, and
really had no reason to evolve).

Depends on the fruit. Some, so animals will eat them and ***** out
their seeds. Others, so that the seeds will have stuff to grow in.

3: How did matter form? What did it form from?

Other than hydrogen, the simplest element, most comes from fusiion
within stars.

4: From where did life come? Abiogenesis has neither been observed or
replicated in any true form, even though dead things now have bands of
scientists and a friendly environment to help them along.

"Bands of scientists?" You're a troll, right?

5: All of the missing links died without a trace. Unbelievable,
literally.

Every fossilized transitional form is a species. Every fossil is
transitional. Every extant creature is transitional.
What are you looking for?

Atheism does not answer the questions that i have regarding the purpose
of life and the things in it.

Atheism is not an oraclel it's not answer to any question.
It's merely a lack of belief in god(s), and has nothing to do with any
of your 4th grade questions.
