The American Evangelicals are crazy, but not dumb!
To send a few dollars to Israel is one thing, but to actually come
there and settle in some of the nice trailer parks in the territories
is
rather different !

It is not just evangelicals which support Israel, but a very wide
breadth of Zionist Christians come from all ranks.
How many Muslim Zionists do you know?
Very few.
I've read one or two articles published by a cleric or two who say that good
Muslims should leave Israel alone. I was stunned when I read them, & hoped
they weren't already under a fatwa of death.
Armageddon believers and doomsayers, and messiah believers seem
to account for some of the Zionists, but there are also others who
might not fit those descriptions. There are some who believe the OT
is really true, and that some people were given some land by an
imaginary god which was carried around in a golden box
according to the Jewish priests. The priests walked up to the
Jordan river, carrying the golden box, and touched their toes into
the river, and TADA, it parted and then the land across the Jordan
was automatically theirs because of that fictional story.
Gimme a break. Anybody who believes such an obvious myth
has a few screws loose, or some other problems with reality.
That Christians would want to live in Israel, in solidarity with the
Israelis, is a mark of both sincerity and a true reverence for the
culture, the land, and the grandeur of the promise God has given
to the Jews and this great nation, Israel.
Israel wouldn't even currently exist if not for the British. The
second temple wouldn't have existed if not for the Romans. The
Jews have been making up myths about conquered lands and giant
kingdoms, when in reality, most of those stories are just myths and
fictional legends meant to give them some type of independent
identity.
It's no wonder that they've been kicked out of almost every country
they've lived in.
But I bet you wonder why people call you a bigot.
I don't see you picking on the Xian myths.
