I suppose having access to the binary groups is too much temptation,
those accounts require a bandwidth limitation, thus if someone
downloads
a couple of files it sinks their account when it goes over the limit.
I had an amount to dedicate from the binary server but I don't want
to hand it out for bin's, there are small accounts available cheap
enough
for anyone, my objective is to give accounts to folks who need text
groups, will still do that but on a different server.
