Right now he isn't a judge. He may never be a judge again.
He faces some legal processes that could make him return to private life
and private practice.

Had he not defied the high court, he would still be on the bench today, and
would still be allowing "his faith and the Declaouge to guide his
decisions." This is the real danger we have to deal with, not the monument
in the foyer. This is the mentality that will lead to a violation of rights,
and the mentality exists whether or not there is a monument in the lobby, or
a huge plaque on the wall.

Yes - that is the reason for having such displays unconstitutional.
Overt support brings into question the impartiality of a gov't
official or body wrt other religions. This itself is the root of all
such decisions.
