I have really tried just about every approach.
This ought to be good.
Watching fat intake,
watching carbs, watching calories, exercise, drinking lots of water. I like
how I feel best when doing low carb, and I'm doing it the lean protein way,
avoiding red meat, bacon, sausage, etc. and following Atkins of 20 carbs a
day and did that for 3-4 weeks and upped it slowly as the book said. Lost 7
pounds in the initial two weeks and completely stopped. I did the calorie
approach, tried different amounts for 1-2 week spans anywhere from 1600 cals
to as little as 1000 cals a day.
And now your 125 pounds overfat...go on..
I typically do this routine 5 days a week. Walk 2 miles a day at a fairly
good stride,
<yawn> nice for the CV though....
and ride the stationary bike 20 minutes (my butt cant handle
sitting on it much longer). I alternate that routine with a 30 minute
exercise tape, and 20 minutes of using the fitness ball and matt. This is
all I can handle as I'm 125 pounds overweight and I'm a little limited on
what type of exercise I can do because of a bad back and knees.
Exercise ain't the issue.
I've had my thyroid tested, even though I gained most of this weight because
I was hypothyroid, it is now controlled with meds. I had my cortisol tested
and it is normal. All that is left is hormones but I'm only going to be 41
next month. I always spread my meals out into about 5 smaller ones and I
drink 80 to 96 ounces of water a day.
Bet you eat more than two pounds per day. Wanna know how I know?
<whispering> over time anyone who does loses weight <end whispering>
I'm at wits end so that is why I talked to him about it. I am "this close"
to gastric because I have two family members and two co-workers who praise
it and wish they had only done it sooner. I'm really reaching for something
that will work.
No you're not. You're running from the very thing that will work and
you know it.
Where is Chung when Christy Lynn needs him?

Your 'ability to whine' is lacking. You might think your arguments are zen
and minimal. From a reader perspective, it lacks the strength of facts and
truth. People who share belief with you may feel short changed having you
defend their belief.
May GOD continue to keep your heart beating (until you choose to curse

Cursing is not my style.
