noooo....
somebody's always gotta wake me up. so, i get a message on the
answering machine from the crazy b*tch reading me the riot act. i
get
the, 'IT'S NOT THAT YOU WON'T SPEAK TO ME BUT WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL
ME
YOU WEREN'T GOING TO SPEAK TO ME SOONER?'
Hum! It may be that you have learned a valuable lesson in life;
lies
are not always the best solution and those lies have a way of
coming
back to you. Try being honest with her; be assertive and tell her
how
you feel and what you think about her and all the stuff that she
talks
about. Be assertive and tell her you have a life outside of NA and
that her calls and her problems are disruptive to that life. Be
assertive and tell her you do not have the time or desire to
maintain
a one sided relationship that doesn't meet your needs. Try being
honest and try being assertive, at this point, you have nothing to
lose and you can walk away from this relationship and hold you head
up
knowing that you were honest and did everything you could to
balance
and set appropriate boundaries in this relationship.
you are seriously whacked, d'ya know?

not whacked; just inept in his (her?) approach to people.
