The prisons story broke in early November, when the Washington Post
newspaper said the CIA had been running facilities in Eastern Europe,
Afghanistan and Thailand. ... people had been sent to facilities known
as "black sites" since they were set up following the 11 September 2001

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has defended the use of

Yeah. *Those* torture centers.

Obfuscation of the facts may detain prosecution of the guilty parties,
but it makes them no less culpable in the end. Just like you, Pervert,
for the war crimes you've openly bragged about committing.

And your proposal as an alternative would be what?

The ultimate justice for concentration camp guards would be similar to
the correctional process for war criminals such as The Pervert, who
will be facing life sentencing - with the possibility of capital
punishment not excluded if his trial is heard in a barbaric country
such as this one, under W.
It would be interesting to observe The Pervert being sentenced to death
by so-called Justices unduly appointed by his proxy war criminal
hero-in-cheat, George W Bush.
But I think I'll stick with the diligent jurists of The Hague for more
humane results, featuring The Pervert's lifelong incarceration so that
he may kill no more innocent civilians, as your fat friend's been
threatening to do, unless stopped.

If it's a good one, submit it to the proper authorities, or just post it
on the newsgroups.

You're raving flake.

Not only an article or at least a punctuation mark is missing from your
latest journal entry, DCI. Also absent is any sign that you comprehend
the seriousness of war crimes and the venality of those, such as The
Pervert, who commit war crimes, such he has by callously mass murdering
unarmed civlians. His bragging about it hasn't made matters any
better for him, or for you.
Even if his victims were mostly Asian (your idea of a "failed culture")
and their surviving relatives unable to afford a quick and easy way to
come and take revenge on The Pervert, you and Jafo in person - no
worries, DCI, you'll eventually get what's coming to you, by law.
War criminals and illegal detention camp guards are due to face the
same punishment as all other war criminals and those who give them
suck, harbor, or fraternize with them. The longer it takes to bring
the guilty parties to Justice, the worse it will also get in the end
for their little wheelie-stoolie buddies, like you.

If US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice's visit to Berlin for talks
with German Chancellor Angela Merkel was meant to herald a new era of
trans-Atlantic harmony, it has failed. Merkel angered US officials with
her public statement that Washington admitted it had made a "mistake"
by kidnapping a German national There are possible implications for a
suit filed this week by the civil rights group ACLU.
Rice's trip was meant to signal a new start for trans-Atlantic ties,
but if anything, relations are worse now. Merkel irritated US officials
by telling journalists after their meeting that the Washington had
admitted making a mistake in the case of Khaled al-Masri, a
Lebanese-born German citizen who was abducted by the CIA and claims
that he was tortured while held in secret custody.
The US irritation may stem from concern that any admission of an error
would hurt the US government's position in US lawsuits against it.
Al-Masri, 42, was abducted while on holiday in Macedonia in late 2003
after being mistakenly identified as a suspect in the 9/11 attacks.
He was then taken to Afghanistan, where he alleges he was drugged and
beaten while being held captive in a secret CIA prison. The American
Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed a lawsuit on his behalf in the US
Federal Court in Virginia on Tuesday.
Rice's comment that the US does not torture terrorism suspects met with
skepticism in Berlin. Karsten Voigt, the German government's
coordinator on German-US relations, said: "The question remains whether
she means the same thing by torture as we do."
For commentators in Germany, the US practice of "extraordinary
rendition," or secretly transferring suspects to third countries,
including some outside Europe that routinely use torture, reveals how
far Europe and the United States have drifted apart since Sept. 11 on
how much leeway secret services should have in pursuing terrorists.
"Condoleezza Rice gave the best example of this by adopting what almost
seemed like a blackmailing tone in saying that whoever discloses the
work of their intelligence services would have to live with a higher
threat of terror," stated an editorial in the liberal daily
S=FCddeutsche Zeitung. "Rice came to Germany to begin a new era. She has
resoundingly failed to do so."

Stain de STD, The Pervert (war criminal) and Dirty Uncle Jafo, feel

Former Pacific Coliseum GM Mario Caravetta said Chuvalo's manager

It was a compliment to Davey Brown's honesty. It's why he judged 17
world title bouts, too.
....
You notice they didn't say he spent the last years of his life making
nice to war criminals and giving them or concentration camp guards an
unfair break. Hence, people's respect for Davey Brown as a good

....
With the recent release of "United 93," the full-blown commodification
of 9/11 has begun in earnest. Most telling about the debates and
discussion surrounding this politically sterile film is the omnipresent
question: "Is it too soon?"
Only a nation sufficiently insulated from the impact of its policies
can indulge in such a concern. Forty people died on the doomed United
Flight 93. With all due respect, that's a typical Wednesday in Iraq.
Thus, I wonder: Is it too soon for a movie about Fallujah? What about
the U.S.-enforced sanctions that killed a half-million Iraqi children
under the age of five? Creative Iraqis might consider making films on
such topics but well ... they've got other pressing matters to deal
with at the moment. No hand wringing in Baghdad over the issue of too
much, too soon.
Is it too soon for an Afghani to craft a celluloid re-telling of U.S.
planes carpet bombing from 15,000 feet of the depleted uranium shells
littering the landscape?
Afghani directors might first wish to document life under Soviet and
then Taliban repression. Unlike Hollywood execs, they do not have the
luxury of dwelling on a singular attack. Neither do filmmakers in
Kashmir or Chechnya or Haiti or dozens of other nations.
We in America, on the other hand, are so lacking in such cataclysmic
subject matter, we're still re-hashing Pearl Harbor every few years.
Our victims do not share this deficiency.
Speaking of U.S. military interventions, Saturday, April 29 gave us yet
another large anti-war protest. I know there's a genuine anti-war
movement in America (and has been for over a century) ... but far too
many of those speaking out against the U.S. invasion of Iraq are not
strictly "anti-war."

From what I can tell, more than a few protestors have no problem with:

a) wars started by their (sic) party and/or b) wars the U.S. easily
wins (sic) Case in point: Operation Iraqi Freedom (sic) has provoked
far more protest/outrage than 78 days of U.S./NATO bombing over
Yugoslavia in 1999 ever did.
Until an anti-war movement is guided almost exclusively by genuine
anti-war sentiment, it'll play the two-party (sic) game...a game with
no long term winners.
On the other hand, the May 1 "Day Without Immigrants" protests at least
took place on a weekday but I'm afraid we'll need something akin to
recent uprisings in France to make a lasting impression.
To begin with, the entire immigration debate is tainted by the word
"illegal." While it is, of course, technically against the law to enter
the U.S. in such a manner, how did it come to be accepted that humans
left with no option but to choose this path are universally judged and
referred to as "illegal"?
I say if that's how the corporate media and crooked politicians want
it, let's go all the way. If George W. Bush defies international law to
invade, bomb, and occupy a sovereign nation, he should be called an
"illegal president."
Corporations that rape the environment are run by illegal CEOs. If a
policeman wants to beat a confession out of someone; he's now an
illegal cop. [Illegal] Pundits, politicians, lawyers, doctors,
investment bankers, real estate magnates...the possibilities are
endless.
I'm just not sure if it's "too soon" for such an idea. What do you
think?

I bet you actually thought that was a good answer by you. Was it ?
No.

...

Our victims do not share this deficiency.

as to support and shield from legal authority mass murderers like The
Pervert, dead. Or at least, put away for a very long time. If you
don't believe me, DCI, ask around:

"Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to report war criminals and
concentration camp guards, or to French them?"

You're becoming a complete whacko.

"Us" ?

How many such as you exist ? Be advised that the majority of Americans
are unlike you, DCI. And I don't just mean in the sense of being
ambulatory.

Most Americans would rather not consort with concentration camp guards,
much less cosset and cavort with such odiously degenerate war criminals
as The Pervert. That is not the American way.

You're becoming a complete whacko.

This would be your way of insinuating that the majority of Americans
can neither walk, spell nor tell the difference between right and wrong
to the point where they'd rather embrace war crime than see it duly
investigated ?
By my troth, your idea of a complete whacko must be indeed a fine and
virtuously humane model to personify.

No, the scope of my statement (opine) is, you're a full blown whacko.

Assuming your statement (opine) is meant to possess
some albeit obscure didactic value, DCI -- which of
the following would you say is worse :
a) the sort of whacko who would do anything
rather than be a concentration camp guard
or
b) the sort of whacko who would do anything
rather than see a concentration camp guard
or a fat mass murderer such asThe Pervert
brought to Justice
Come on now, Embalmed Gringo. Speak up !
