The so-called *Social Agencys* of Texas will really get a chance
to get paid for the votes they steer to the Bush's
empire... Remember the *Thousand points of light* pay-offs ?
They get their tax-free grants early and provide the
destitute people nothing, in fact their goals are *ALWAYS* to
keep the Homeless... Their CLIENTS Homeless... forever.
In their own circle of U.S. government *Grant Seeking Vultures*,
They call themselves *HEAD-HUNTERS*, because they only collect
the social security numbers of the people seeking help and
provide them with... Nothing.
They must have these S.S.#'s to justify their Government funded
Grants, and show they are *servicing* clients, but need more money.
60-70% of all government grant money given to *ANY* Social Agency
is used for *ADMINISTRATIVE PURPOSES*
i.e.(The crooks salaries, meetings with catered in lunches and
airline transportation junkets).
Any funds that are left over is finally used to bribe the
Free-Labor workers (The desperate Free Working Clients).
Or;
The Cheap-Minimum-Wage workers who are *really* doing the hard
work the Social Agencys administrators are supposed to be doing
themselves.
Do *NOT* ask me how I know these things, unless you intend to do
something about it.
Oh! Yeah... They have the very best of attorneys to assist them
in getting... More Grant MONEY and protecting their ***** from
libel suites.
