My unemployment is directly due to the collapse of the Korean economy. CNS
Farnell who I worked for as Production Engineer used to export most or their
output to Korea. The company soldiered on as long as it could after the
collapse and then had to restructure. Unfortunately, this involved a number
of redundancies and I was one of them.

And what a load of fascist bollocks! It's well known - universally known
even - over here that it's damned near impossible for anyone over 50 to get
a job, in spite of all the fine words from politicians and organisations who
claim to be able to place over 50s applicants. Even the staff at the Job
Centres don't pressure over 50s because they know how difficult it is.
And I'll tell you what - considering fascist bastards like you absolutely
loathe the accomplishments of, and anything at all individual about anyone
who is unfortunate enough to become one of your targets - it will no doubt
cause you nerve-wracking agony to know that because I am Vegan and know one
hell of a lot about nutrition and am a fucking brilliant cook, and can
repair and keep going all my consumer durables because I'm a fucking expert
with electronics ate. and can make excellent use of recycled materials, I
can actually manage quite nicely on my Jobseekers' Allowance of the
magnificent £112.40 per fortnight (that's two weeks for ignorant US cunts
like you!) plus Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit.
And I'm in a central London two bedroom flat (US crap vocabulary =
apartment) for which I am paying just £4 per week which is the Water Rate
not covered by State Benefit! The rent is covered by Housing Benefit.
If I could afford it I could buy this flat for around £20K under Maggie
Thatcher's "Right to Buy" and sell it three years later at the going rate of
£350K+ or rent it out for the going rate of around £400 per week - so eat
your heart out, *****!
And don't forget that the Allowance and other benefits are things I'm FULLY
entitled to claim under Law and come from the taxes I have paid in over a
period of 40+ years of damned hard work!!
I'd still much rather be working though - not because I could use the
money - but because I am not making the sort of contribution I would like to
to the community and to the economy of my country - which is a much better
and finer country than your fucking abysmal shambles of corrupt politicians
bought by polluting oil companies, shallow bimbos, un- and non-informed
twats who pretend to be experts in world affairs while being kept in
ignorance by government-controlled media; and a population of phonetic
poseurs who use the most idiosyncratic and ridiculous set of contrived
accents in the damned world! - and seriously expect the rest of the world to
admire them!
