On July 9, 2004, the International Court of Justice issued a
non-binding ruling that parts of the 650-kilometre (410-mile)
barrier which criss-crosses the West Bank were illegal and should
be torn down.

The international community did nothing to help the jews in the 1930's and
early 1940's as they were being exterminated, why should they listen to a
world court now?
