Gee, thanks!
Thanks be to GOD, Who is the Source of all blessings.
Just what I want to be; hungrier!
You can't be healthier if you are not hungrier.
That'll really help me lose weight.
Your being overweight comes from overeating as a consequence of your
false belief that "hunger is bad:"
http://groups.google.com/group/sci.med.cardiology/msg/891fbe3b18290e4f?
Actually, people overeat from the true observation that eating
is pleasurable.
Pleasure is not a strong enough impetus to cause deleterious behavior
as is fear.
The false belief that "hunger is bad" does create a fear of this
physical feeling.
Don't be silly. Like most Americans -- and unlike most people
throughout history, or indeed much of the current world --
I never give hunger a second thought. I rarely experience
it. And on the very few occasions I do, it's a happy
feeling, because of the pleasurable anticipation it
creates.
I eat -- and I overeat -- because I utterly enjoy it.
Just as overweight pets do not overeat because they harbor
"false beliefs"; they overeat because they enjoy eating.
Actually, it logically follows from the observation that overweight
folks tend to have overweight pets that they learn from their owners
the false belief that "hunger is bad."
Just when I thought you couldn't be any sillier, you surprise me
yet once again. Pets picking up "false beliefs" from their
owners....that's pretty much on a par with psychic therapists
for your pooch.
As they, and we, were meant to.
Actually, that would be evolution's "plan" to make sure that we
take in sufficient energy and materieals. For most organisms
throughout most of time, too much food is never, ever a problem.

Entirely true. For the first time in history, much of the
world has more food than it can eat, give away, and throw
away. Hunger is experienced mostly by choice for most
of those in the developed countries.
Did you know that Americans throw out more than 28 billion pounds
of food each year, about 100 pounds per person? A quarter to a half
of all food grown for humans is wasted.
I don't know anyone who "fears hunger".
Perhaps you grew up somewhere else?

Absolutely true. Hunger increases the pleasure in eating.
As I previously observed.

Come on. Who throws away 100 pounds of food per year? That statistic is
simply wrong. In that article, there is no source for this information.

100 lbs may be an underestimate. How much perfectly good food is
discarded in supermarket dumpsters simply because it's a day past
sell-by?

How many bushels of broccoli from one average American grade school

Astronomical quantities, I'd wager. Depressing to contemplate.

Incorrect.
Hunger is experienced by healthy people who are staying healthy by
eating balanced nutritious meals. Transient loss of hunger does occur
when healthy people overeat.
Those who chronically do not experience hunger while eating balanced
nutritious meals are suffering from anorexia.
The latter symptom is an indication of poor health and does occur in
people who are dying from AIDS, cancer, starvation, etc.
Truth is simple.
May GOD bless you in HIS mighty way making you hungrier than ever.

Loss of hunger, you idiot, occurs when a healthy person eats sufficient
food for healthy sustenance.

You have no idea about anorexia either it seems. Anorexics experience
hunger, they simply ignore it because they have a more urgent psychological
need to fulfil.
