this is because the hope of the unbeliever is that there is no sin

the war the unbeliever is fighting against God takes on the form of
trying to discount the Bible as authentic... unlearned in the
Scriptures as the unbeliever is ( 1 Cor. 2:14; Ro. 8:7 ) he is hardly
a worthy exegete... for him it is like looking at a map for a highway
to Australia.
he may pick up a Bible in hope to discredit it but to him, the Bible
is intentionally beyond his reach to understand ( Lk. 8:10 ) he then
must live on bits of hearsay.
when told by a genuine believer saved by grace that he is on the
road to perdition lest he is saved by grace as well... to him such
talk is foolishness ( 1 Cor. 2:14 )... his rebuttal is there is no
such thing as perdition; no such thing as sin and therefore he has no
need of Jesus Christ... who he says never existed.
his philosophy is his hope.
and because his philosophy resides in him and came by bits of
hearsay, it is grounded in the things of this world... which Judgement
Day will wipe away.
being that the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit
of God ( 1 Cor. 2:14 ) the one saying he " accepted Jesus as his Lord
and Savior " is talking that old will worship gospel where man does
the choosing of Christ... which he can not ( John 1:12;13 ) and his
philosophy results in the same perdition as anyone else who is at war
with God as he is.
his " belief " is nothing more than accent.
salvation is all of grace... it can not be invoked by doing
something good toward God, which is the hope of the will worshiper who
thinks decision making on his part results in invoking grace on God's
part.
the snake worshiper and the salvation by ceremony worshiper are all
outside the Ark as well. these are persishing as they evidence the
foolishness of the gospel as Noah preached it to them.
cursing Jesus Christ evidences being left to oneself by God.
" Salvation belongs to the Lord " ( Ps. 3:8 )... not man.
You are forgetting the hope of the believers who prayerfully and
lovingly ask that the heart of the unbeliever be softened to receive
the love of our LORD and thus be compelled to wisely choose to place
his/her faith in Jesus in order to receive the salvation that belongs

Allow?
Chung has been booted off Usenet provider after Usenet provider. Now
Google has to chase him around, shutting down the multiple accounts he
creates with abandon.
Involuntary commitment appears to be the only remaining option...

He reminds me of a program from the 70s (called Lisa I think). It was
supposed to be a computerized psychiatrist. You'd type in statements

Well, hey, he's at least a nine or ten trick pony, and that
ain't bad.
You're thinking of the program ELIZA, which imitated a client-
centered therapist by echoing back whatever you told it, but
in the form of questions ("I think my mother would
like that" "WHY DO YOU THINK YOUR MOTHER WOULD LIKE
THAT?~ "She's kind of old". "HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT
THE FACT THAT SHE'S KIND OF OLD"?)
The artificial-intelligence paranoid program PARRY came
along at about the same time. If you were geeky enough,
you could hook PARRY up to ELIZA. Hilarity would
ensue.

Chunk isn't a Christian, even by fundamentalist standards. He lies
constantly, not just about Christianity. He cheats people as a way of
life. He claims to be a cardiologist but it seems that he was asked
to leave the only cardiology position he ever held after a very short
time, so now he's 'medical pimp' to a diet factory. Oh, and his posts
don't have content, they're contentless.

Are you a board certified Cardiologist? Just curious. It's just that your
views are so different from any doctor I've seen, it's almost as if you're
speaking to us from a different planet. You don't seem to think exercise is
important but hunger IS important yet, we should not be brainwashed by
hunger? I've never heard of such a thing, not in any article, from any
doctor or anyone! So why are we to assume that you are smarter than the
rest of them? I'm not being sarcastic (although I was before) and I would
like an answer.
It's nice that you've had a religious epiphany and I don't have a problem
with anyone elses religious beliefs, as long as those beliefs don't include
killing other people for the sake of their God, certainly that would NOT
apply to your beliefs.
The problem I have is, why all the suffering, we are born into this world
innocent, what have we done to deserve these stones that are cast upon us?
Certainly we had no control over Adam and Eve, how could we be held
responsible for what they did? To me, it's the same thing as my neighbor
commiting a crime and the police coming to arrest me for it, it defies
logic. No one has ever given me a satisfactory answer to this and I suspect
you won't be able to either.
I was reading an article on CNN yesterday about young girls in Cambodia who
are sold (by their parents) and pimped out to men for sex, I nearly vommited
after reading the article, it was almost as if it was something that occured
in the dark ages but alas, it's happening now. Why are our children
subjected to such torment? There was one person who was dedicated to saving
these children and rescusing them from the grips of these animals, one
person! Other than that, no one seems to give a *****, I wanted to reach
out, do something to help but the writter didn't even bother mentioning
anything a willing reader could do. Which makes me think he/she didn't
really give a ***** either. I guess as long as it's not their kids but I for
one, happen to care. Does that make me better than anyone else? No, it
simply makes me a human being, there seems to be a lack of those in this
world.
How many times to you suppose Jews on their way to gas chambers cried out to
Jesus (in desperation) for help? So much suffering is occuring (and has
occured) in this world and you're telling me that we deserve it because we
are born bad? I don't buy it, if you're going to post your religious
beliefs on the usenet that's fine but at least have the common sense to
answer these weighty questions because honestly, I think all people wonder
the same things, Christians or not. What have we done to deserve (and when
I say we I mean all of us, including those poor little girls mentioned
above) such suffering?

Are you a board certified Cardiologist? Just curious. It's just that
your views are so different from any doctor I've seen, it's almost as if
you're speaking to us from a different planet. You don't seem to think
exercise is important but hunger IS important yet, we should not be
brainwashed by hunger? I've never heard of such a thing, not in any
article, from any doctor or anyone! So why are we to assume that you are
smarter than the rest of them? I'm not being sarcastic (although I was
before) and I would like an answer.
It's nice that you've had a religious epiphany and I don't have a problem
with anyone elses religious beliefs, as long as those beliefs don't
include killing other people for the sake of their God, certainly that
would NOT apply to your beliefs.
The problem I have is, why all the suffering, we are born into this world
innocent, what have we done to deserve these stones that are cast upon us?
Certainly we had no control over Adam and Eve, how could we be held
responsible for what they did? To me, it's the same thing as my neighbor
commiting a crime and the police coming to arrest me for it, it defies
logic. No one has ever given me a satisfactory answer to this and I
suspect you won't be able to either.
I was reading an article on CNN yesterday about young girls in Cambodia
who are sold (by their parents) and pimped out to men for sex, I nearly
vommited after reading the article, it was almost as if it was something
that occured in the dark ages but alas, it's happening now. Why are our
children subjected to such torment? There was one person who was
dedicated to saving these children and rescusing them from the grips of
these animals, one person! Other than that, no one seems to give a *****,
I wanted to reach out, do something to help but the writter didn't even
bother mentioning anything a willing reader could do. Which makes me
think he/she didn't really give a ***** either. I guess as long as it's
not their kids but I for one, happen to care. Does that make me better
than anyone else? No, it simply makes me a human being, there seems to be
a lack of those in this world.
How many times to you suppose Jews on their way to gas chambers cried out
to Jesus (in desperation) for help? So much suffering is occuring (and
has occured) in this world and you're telling me that we deserve it
because we are born bad? I don't buy it, if you're going to post your
religious beliefs on the usenet that's fine but at least have the common
sense to answer these weighty questions because honestly, I think all
people wonder the same things, Christians or not. What have we done to

While I won't go to deeply into religious beliefs as I wouldn't want to step
on anyone's toes. I am of the opinion that a person has the right to
believe in any higher power they choose, or if they choose not to believe,
that's ok too. However, attempting to foist off your beliefs on someone
else, if that individual or group of individuals does not want to hear it
(which may or may not be the case here) is not appropriate.
As for fasting, Chung (in one thread) claimed he fasted for 40+ days, I find
this extremely hard to believe as the effects of starvation tend to set in
quickly. There have been reports of people fasting for 40+ days and
surviving but these are rare cases and doubless, the individuals were
extremely ill by the time the fast was over. Chung claims to have
maintained good health throughout the entire fast.
So Chung is in fact an MD? He certainly appears to be knowledgeable but his
medical advice would most probably be seen as dangerous by most clear
thinking physicians.

He isn't exactly shouting back is he. Come on Chungster, you can at
least defend your credentials if you are indeed a doctor, who is board
certified, that shouldn't be hard to do. If this is the case, it's
quite disconcerting that you may actually have patients! Remember,
hunger is good but food is even better!
He's trying to imitate the jesus myth about the 40 day fast. And his 2pd
omer diet is also based on bible myths.
So he's using his MD status to give spurious advice based on bible
myths - great.
The bible also sets down rules ok'ing selling your daughter into sexual
slavery.
While I won't go to deeply into religious beliefs as I wouldn't want to
step on anyone's toes. I am of the opinion that a person has the right to
believe in any higher power they choose, or if they choose not to believe,
that's ok too. However, attempting to foist off your beliefs on someone
else, if that individual or group of individuals does not want to hear it
(which may or may not be the case here) is not appropriate.
You're more accomodating than I am.
Tolerating this poisonous garbage only sets up societies for repeated
episodes of manipulation and corruption, which in the US we have been
experiencing with Bush.
As for fasting, Chung (in one thread) claimed he fasted for 40+ days, I
find this extremely hard to believe as the effects of starvation tend to
set in quickly.
I asked him around the end of his supposed fast to post a pic of himself in
running shorts - that would gone a long way to show if he had actually lost
a lot of weight and looked like he might have starved himself.
He declined to do so, and come up with some apologia about how people were
telling him he looked great and didn't really show the signs of emaciation
etc.
I think we can say with confidence that he was lying about the fast.
There have been reports of people fasting for 40+ days and
surviving but these are rare cases and doubless, the individuals were
extremely ill by the time the fast was over. Chung claims to have
maintained good health throughout the entire fast.
So Chung is in fact an MD? He certainly appears to be knowledgeable but
his medical advice would most probably be seen as dangerous by most clear
thinking physicians.
Apparently, he is an MD/Phd. That shows how poisonous protestant
evangelicalism can be.
A lot of money was spent educating and training him - now it's all down the
jesus shithole.

Are you a board certified Cardiologist? Just curious. It's just that
your views are so different from any doctor I've seen, it's almost as
if you're speaking to us from a different planet. You don't seem to
think exercise is important but hunger IS important yet, we should not
be brainwashed by hunger? I've never heard of such a thing, not in
any article, from any doctor or anyone! So why are we to assume that
you are smarter than the rest of them? I'm not being sarcastic
(although I was before) and I would like an answer.
It's nice that you've had a religious epiphany and I don't have a
problem with anyone elses religious beliefs, as long as those beliefs
don't include killing other people for the sake of their God,
certainly that would NOT apply to your beliefs.
The problem I have is, why all the suffering, we are born into this
world innocent, what have we done to deserve these stones that are
cast upon us? Certainly we had no control over Adam and Eve, how could
we be held responsible for what they did? To me, it's the same thing
as my neighbor commiting a crime and the police coming to arrest me
for it, it defies logic. No one has ever given me a satisfactory
answer to this and I suspect you won't be able to either.
I was reading an article on CNN yesterday about young girls in
Cambodia who are sold (by their parents) and pimped out to men for
sex, I nearly vommited after reading the article, it was almost as if
it was something that occured in the dark ages but alas, it's
happening now. Why are our children subjected to such torment? There
was one person who was dedicated to saving these children and
rescusing them from the grips of these animals, one person! Other
than that, no one seems to give a *****, I wanted to reach out, do
something to help but the writter didn't even bother mentioning
anything a willing reader could do. Which makes me think he/she
didn't really give a ***** either. I guess as long as it's not their
kids but I for one, happen to care. Does that make me better than
anyone else? No, it simply makes me a human being, there seems to be
a lack of those in this world.
How many times to you suppose Jews on their way to gas chambers cried
out to Jesus (in desperation) for help? So much suffering is occuring
(and has occured) in this world and you're telling me that we deserve
it because we are born bad? I don't buy it, if you're going to post
your religious beliefs on the usenet that's fine but at least have the
common sense to answer these weighty questions because honestly, I
think all people wonder the same things, Christians or not. What have
we done to deserve (and when I say we I mean all of us, including
those poor little girls mentioned above) such suffering?

Like all supernaturalists, chung has no answers for the questions you
raise. They are led into being liars and having twisted minds when
they try to grapple with these things and still hold onto their
"religious beliefs".

As for Bush, I don't believe he is religious at all, he simply speaks with
two tongues and tends to play that card when it's appropriate. He's full of
***** but then, so are the rest of them. Jesus, you'd think people would
know by now that 98 percent of what politicians say is absolute fucking
*****, right or left. Sorry but the left is just as bad, especially the last
few years.
So The Chungster resfused to provide proof of his 40 day fast, that says a
lot. It's also disconcerting that he refused to comment on this thread
although there's no doubt I insulted him a bit, it's just that I'm concerned
that he may not be "all there," and that he's giving out bad advice to sick
people when in fact, he's not competent to do so.
He also tends to demonize people who don't agree with his advice or beliefs,
going so far as to call people "demons." That, to me, is very vexing and
just damn right strange!
