Note: Judge Roy Moore is the one who was fired for believing in God

as

noted in my message posted "This is sad".

****************************************************************
16 November 2003

Judge Roy Moore,

During 1986, I came to a town near Birmingham, Alabama to visit a
woman and her two children for a few days, I thought. After I had
arrived at their home, I told them I was going down the street to

talk

about our Lord Jesus. Well, after a short time, a young policeman

came

up to me and said, They have sent me to arrest you for preaching on
the street, but I am a fellow brother in Lord Jesus, so if you just
leave this area, I will not arrest you.

So, I walked down the street and saw an alleyway to the next street
and there was a coffee shop. I went in and got a cup of coffee and
then I saw the police car down the street and the policeman looking
for me. After I finished my cup of coffee, I went to a phone booth
outside this restaurant and called these people I was staying with.
Then the policeman came and got me. He said to get my bags and then

he

took me to Birmingham and left me off. Then in fear did he flee.

Well, I went to the bus station to see about a bus to leave. I had

to

wait a couple of hours so I went into a restaurant for a cup of

coffee

and I met a man who invited me to come spend the night to talk about
the Bible. And so I went with him in his car to his apartment and
spent the night talking about the Bible. The next morning, he drove

me

back to where we had met, so I went in to have a cup of coffee. Then
when I went out to go to the bus station across the street, a
policeman told me to come to him and asked for my identification.
Well, I had left my passport back in the New York City area. So he
asked me my name, and I asked him, Policeman, are you born again? He
then hit me to the ground and when another policeman came up, he

told

him to lie and say that I had hit him, the policeman. So they took

me

to the station and had me to go into a cell in the basement of this
jail at Birmingham, Alabama.

Well, when I went into this middle cell, these two black men were
crying to be set free. So I started to sing of my Lord Jesus. And

the

black person on the right side asked me to pray for him. And I said,
That is why I am here. So we prayed. The other man never asked.

Well, I asked if they had a chaplain. A man said yes, and I said,
Well, could you ask him to come down here to see me. After a few

hours

or so, the chaplain came so I asked him if he could bring me a Bible
as they had taken and locked my Bible up. And I told him I also

needed

an envelope with a stamp on it so I could mail to my friend. So he
brought me the Bible and an envelope with a stamp on it.

Well, after this, they let me out to go into a big room with many

men

on cots. I found a person with a pen to use so I could write to tell
my friend at Nashville, Tennessee where I was. Then this chaplain

came

to me with two more Bibles. And I gave him this envelope and asked

him

to put it in an outside post box, not there in this evil jail. So he
did.
Then I started to preach to this room full of men who could not run
away. Two came up and asked to read the Bible so I gave it to them

to

read. They brought in a man that was drunk that they had thrown off

a

train going through Birmingham. So while I was preaching to this

group

of men, every so often, this drunk man would lift his head to hear.
Well, the next day he asked to read this Bible so I gave it to him.

In

a short time, he got on the phone to the girl he had been with and
said to her, We need to get married and live right before the Lord.

So

I was blessed to hear that.

Well, they had me to go before a judge in this jail. And when I went
before him, he asked me what I would plead. My hand went out towards
him and I was given to say, "As Jesus Christ is my Lord, I am
innocent". The judge said, "Dismissed,", and ran away into his

chamber

and locked the door. Three days later I found out he had quit his

job.

He was convicted for the evil he had been doing to these men. Well,

as

I went to sit down at this hearing, the public prosecutor and public
defender said, You say you are a man of God. We are going to take

you

to the mental hospital and they both started to laugh. Well, I was
given to stand up and say to them, "The Lord sees you mockers. The
Lord I do serve sees you mockers." After that, they put me back into
the room with these other men.

Well, Judge Roy Moore, the letter I had written got to a house of a
dear Sister in the Lord. But she had gone to Israel on a trip. But
when she got to Israel, the Lord spake to her, TANDY, GO BACK TO
AMERICA. So she and her husband returned back to his mother's home.
Tandy had to go to a place alone to pray. And the Lord said, CALL

YOUR

SON IN NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE. So she did. He said, Mom, Elijah is in
jail in Birmingham. And she said, That is why the Lord had us to
return back to America but I don't have any money left. Oh, there is
some mail sent to Elijah. Let's open a few to see if there is any
substance for us to use to go help our Brother in the Lord. Well,
there was one letter from an Episcopalian priest and a doctor. They
found a check and so her son's wife went to her bank and cashed it.

Then Sister Tandy came to the jail at Birmingham and demanded to see
her Brother or she would go higher in the government to be able to

do

so. Well, they did not want anymore trouble so they had this
prosecutor meet me in a room with Sister Tandy. He said that if I
would just leave this city, they would drop these charges (the false
one, that is). So I told them that my time to move on had come. So

out

free I came, made to happen by my Lord.

What I found out about this jail is that they would pick up anyone
they could to just put them in this jail so they could get $40

dollars

a day for their stay. Well, they had people that had not done
anything, yet they kept them in a 5 foot by 5 foot cell for even a
year or more. They stacked these cells one on top another to get

more

of these poor men into them to get more money. Well, someone

reported

them to someone higher up, and they sent the federal people to have
them tear down these cells and release most of these innocent men.

And

so when I came, they did not want me to have my friend go to the
higher people again.

Well, Judge Moore, I can see that what I went through was a prelude

to

what you have gone through by a crooked government of Godless men at
the top. God Almighty sees it all. They will have their day, all

these

evil Law breakers. Hell is going to be full of them, from the White
House on down, whatever party. Liars and thieves are most, and more
so, bribe takers.

So stand upon the truth as you have. And I do hope to see you in a
much better place than this Babylonian America as it has come to be.
