of humanity. There are many technologies that we now enjoy that would
not have existed without the space race.
Here's a scenario for you:

elsewhere in the universe. Perhaps they may even be very strong in
their belief of superiority, that they'll probably look at humans as a
race, regardless of colour, and call them all "inferior". So much for

I don't think that it shows racial inferiority. I am not very
familiar with that area of study, but I would surmise that the reasons
for that which you state are multiple, and not simply traceable to
race. If your country is controlled by people who are only interested
in their own personal gains rather than the good of their citizens,
the country will suffer, while a Family Compact style of rule ensures
that the stranglehold remains on resources. That's just one way to
run a country into the ground. There are many others as well.
SAT/ACT/GPA/IQ scores are all measuring sticks by which we attempt to
guage intelligence. Intelligence is a difficult thing to truly
quantify, and there are many criteria that we can use to measure it.
While those statistics ( I haven't seen the studies or statistics for
them, but I am assuming that your data is not flawed here) are telling
of a problem, I don't believe that it is directly related to abilities
dictated exclusively by race.

Race should not play a factor in hiring. Qualifications and
demonstrated ability to do the job are the only important factors. I
