Yes, I am sure that's exactly the reason why. It's an anti-Christian
bias.
Her statement makes me wonder if she herself has a little bias towards
Hollywood.

"Those people" control it, you know... *rolls eyes*
Yea, never mind the fact that the film sucked balls and Mel Gibson is a
fruit loop.

I'll take your avoidance of my post, as you declining
to speak about this rationally and politely.
Those passages say nothing of a third temple and while
you claim I would be "saying that they didn't really
mean what they say", in order for your claim to be
justified, you would have to provide the words that
say, "third temple".

For example, there
is no third temple mentioned anywhere in Scripture.
Except Jeremiah 33:18
amd Ezekiel 37:26 - 27
Though of course, you will probably have some way of saying they didn't
really mean what they saif
I'll take your avoidance of my post, as you declining
to speak about this rationally and politely.
Those passages say nothing of a third temple and while
you claim I would be "saying that they didn't really
mean what they say", in order for your claim to be
justified, you would have to provide the words that
say, "third temple".
Now I ask you one last time. Do you wish to discuss
this rationally and politely?
I wouldn't even bother to try and discuss something politely and
rationally with you as I do not believe you capable of either
And I assume
incorrectly as always
that conclusion would be based on my
repeated requests to discuss it rationally and
politely,
while being incapable of doing so ---
amidst the attacks by you and Susan and Jan.
--- as proven by this *at best* hypocrisy.

Pastor Dave requested the same of me, but when I complied, attacked me

Pastor Dave's idea of rational and polite is complete acquiescence to

Yes, there is.
The fact is, that you cause MORE scrolling with top
posting, especially since the standard is to bottom
post. Not all of your words at the bottom, but each
response you have to individual points within the
message, below those individual points.
However, if you do not do this and just post it all at
the top, when someone else bottom posts and you again
top post and someone else bottom posts and then another
bottom posts and then you top post, you now have people
scrolling up and down many times, trying to figure out
who said what when and to what text in the message.
That is obviously not a good thing. :)
So please, don't be lazy in your posting. Maybe I'm a
dinosaur, because I come from a time before the
Internet and was involved in FidoNet (a world wide
network, carried by dial up around the world) and
moderated and owned four echos (that's what they were
called, instead of groups) and was a Hub for the Tampa
Bay area (a central point for distribution within a
given area) and there were rules. Then the Internet
came along and email and people are lazy by nature and
so, just didn't care how they wrote. Usenet users, on
the other hand, who have been at it a while, either
came from FidoNet (or a similar network, but Fido was
the largest), or usenet as it was set up in colleges,
etc. and as I said, there were rules of courtesy in
posting. So yea, I may be a dinosaur to you, but the
fact is that there are rules of Netiquette in usenet
and I have posted some info and some links, for your
edification.
*******************************************************************
"DO NOT TOP-POST and DO trim your replies!!!
Top-posting is the annoying practice of replying to a
message by typing your response above that to which you
are responding. This is a Bad Thing because your
readers will have to scroll down and extract the
essential of the existing thread in order to grasp the
context of your reply, and then scroll back up again to
read your reply.
Posting a "me too" comment at the bottom of a 100+ line
message is no better because people have to scroll all
the way down through 100+ lines they've already read in
order to see your one-liner. One word comes to mind
for that: frustrating.
The generally accepted "right way" of doing things is
called "inline posting", whereby you insert your
comments straight after that on which you are
commenting, having stripped unnecessary text from the
original quoted text. The end result is something
which makes much more sense because it reads like a
conversation."
http://linux.sgms-centre.com/misc/netiquette.php
Also see...
"I don't believe bottom posting really requires more
scrolling than top posting. With top posting, you'll
still need to scroll down to read the quoted original
message. With bottom posting, you'll need to scroll
down to read the reply. Unless of course the entire
message is short enough to fit on-screen in its
entirety, in which case neither applies.
Bottom posting has the benefit that you can read quoted
messages and the response in the order in which they
were written. This is especially practical when the
quoting goes several levels deep (messages that quote
something that already contains quotes itself).
Further, it becomes a real mess when you go several
levels deep and some people use top posting while
others use bottom posting. You'll end up with
something like this:
<Fourth message, quoting third message>
<Second message, quoting first message>
<First message>
<Third message, quoting second message>
And that's just when people quote only the parts they
reply to and snip the rest. When quoting entire
messages, combined with the mixed top/bottom posting,
it becomes a real pain to read messages and figure out
who wrote what.
I'll leave it as an exercise to the reader to figure
out what message #10 in a thread could look like when
you have full-quoting plus mixed top/bottom posting.

Also see...
"What should I do when replying to an earlier article?
For example, should I "top post" or "bottom post"?
First and foremost, make sure to retain the attribution
of any quoted text, so others know who said the things
you are replying to. Almost equally important, make
sure that you trim the previous post as much as
possible:
* If you are replying to one specific comment in the
previous article, delete all of the previous text
except that comment. If the comment is at all long,
try to trim it down to its essence. Type your reply
directly beneath the quoted comment.
* If you are replying to several distinct points
individually, quote each one as above and type your
reply immediately below it (and above the next point).
* If you are replying to a long section that cannot be
easily trimmed down (for example, an original poem or
story), quote only its first and last lines (and
perhaps put "[snip]" or "..." on a line in between the
two). If there are particular pieces that you want to
respond to individually, do so as described above.
There are two general rules of thumb to follow in
connection with the above guidelines:
* Any article you post should have more lines of new
text than lines of quoted text. It is generally
acceptable to ignore this rule if the entire post
(including basic headers and any signature) is short
enough to fit on a single 24 line screen.
* Any comments specifically replying to the previous
article should come below the relevant part of the
previous article. This makes reading the article more
like reading a conversation, and therefore much easier
to follow.
This obviously means that "top posting" is strongly
discouraged: it forces readers to scroll up and down
between the new and old material, and it usually
involves quoting the entire previous post(s)
untrimmed.. Whether you call our practice "bottom
posting", "middle posting", or "standard netiquette" is
up to you.
