Parenthood, which are likely to be dismissed.
Well, it so happens that district attorneys in Johnson County are
required by law to live in the community they serve. Kline lives in
Topeka (not in Johnson County) and rents a local $400/month slum
apartment to give the false appearance that he lives there. Oops:

Am I surprised? Hell, no. It's only a matter of time before slime
balls like this shoot themselves in the feet. His true colors have
been exposed on more than one occasion and apparently he's too stupid
