that any pope ever opened a real Bible is questionable... how
someone claiming to be the exact representation of Jesus Christ and
fall down in front of plaster idols and pray to them is certainly not
of God, but of Satan.

what the pope is really saying is that everyone who is not a
Catholic is going to hell. their writings all say that. they think
they have exclusive rights to heaven. Catholics dying in sins burn in
Purgatory for a while, then they go to heaven. they can't loose.

very few will ever study the Bible deeply enough to know what hell
is all about. they're not curious enough to know enough to separate
the worldly concepts of hell from the Biblical doctrine of hell. that
place called hell is not as the world perceives it, paints pictures of
it, or sells books about it.

no one at this time is in hell because Judgement Day has not yet
come. ( Ro. 2:16; Acts 17:31; Rev. 20:11-15; et al ) there is only
one ' hell ' and that is referred to in the Bible as The Lake of Fire.
this is where the unbeliever will go after he is judged, not before.
he is judged on Judgement Day.

and this is because God will be vindicated on that Day. Ps. 51:4;
Isa. 11:4; Ez. 24:14, et al

the elect who have physically passed away are with Christ in
heaven... the non-elect are physically dead and out of the realm of
this earth... that is to say... the rising and setting of the sun
which marks days have ceased for them... they have no cognisance of
time or reality... they are simply awaiting Judgement Day.

they are not burning in hell with ugly and powerful demons eating
them and poking them with pitchforks while flames of fire are burning
them. when their physical body dies the next time they are cognizant
is when they are raised from the dead to face Jesus Christ God Eternal
on Judgement Day.

because these have found no mercy in life, they will find themselves
cast into the Lake of Fire for all eternity. it can not be that these
will have a flesh and bones type of body when cast into the Lake of
Fire since the human body will quickly vaporize in fire. these will
have some sort of spiritual body so as to endure that place forever.

it would take a book devoted to the subject of what hell really is
to illustrate all the verses which speak to the subject of what God
means when using such words as; ' hell, Sheol, grave, pit, Hades,
death, the depths, the Lake of Fire, torment, etc. etc.
