No, the Scientology crime syndicate is infested with a
virus that scans IP addresses one at a time by sending
them ICMP type 7 packets. The criminals are too insane,
generally speaking, to be able to keep their computers
free from viri and now their computers are ping scanning
other people's computers.
What this _does_ indicate is that the Scientology crooks
were interested in your computer in the first place and
had you IP address in either their registry, in their
cookie files, had you bookmarked, or had some other file
that had your system's IP or host name in it.
