That there is a church on every corner and I dont recall if he
actually
said
it, since there have been a chitload of posts in this thread,
So you're not sure if he made anything up there.
I'm sure he made up the statement that there is church on every corner,
cuz
there just isn't. Where I work, there isn't even a church for probably 5
miles, so he definately made up this statement.
You're not sure he said it, but he definitely made it up?
Tell ya what -- I've looked back in the thread, and I don't see him saying
*anything* like that. Why don't you see if you can.

Andres' premise that some people don't like sex is pure nonsense.
Unless I missed another post, I don't think that was the premise at all. It
seems self-evident to me that at least the *vocal* component of the religious
right gets way more ***** about TV sex than TV violence. Samey-same with
movies. Know what it takes for a movie to get an R for sexual content? A bare
nipple. Know what it takes for a movie to get an R for violence? Neither do I.
(Although Robocop initally got an X just for violence, and I *do* understand why
in that case, but ***** was that a good movie.)
Anyway, what was I talking about?

I don't think she's all that closeted.

Great bejeebus, but you suck at this.
What are you babbling about? And why the hostility? I provided a cite
where
Andre said there was a church on every corner.
It's called hyperbole. Look it up.
As I've explained to Jim - and he still doesn't seem to get it -
I get it just fine. I even understand the sequence of remarks, which I
don't
think *you* get.
I get it perfectly. And you keep trying to change the subject, as I
explained below.
Jim
I was
merely documenting *what* was said. It was blindingly obvious that it was
hyperbole, but the *why* of what you said was not in question at that
point.
