We're on our way to being exactly that.

No, you did not.
You evaded the issue. I'm referring here to your penchant for
mistaking the failure of dominant culture with the foibles of those
most oppressed by the system in question. Grand failures such as
relentlessly committing war crimes, the way The Pervert has done, then
relying on ghouls at the top to do nothing about it. Even, in your
case, expressing enjoyment that this may remain so.
Which it won't.
So, if you can't back up your other allegation, as it appears you
can't, would you care to try your luck in providing documentation of a
Mexican ever having slewn as many people as The Pervert did countless
unarmed Asian civlians, then getting away with it ?
Then you may rant on about "cultural failure" til you choke, for all I
care.
