ze problem is quite simple to solve.
you organise your public transportation into first class (whites only) and
third class (black scum only).
zen you just shoot any black or white who thinks they'll be clever and go
sit where zey are not vanted.
any white person who sees a black person acting criminally is permitted to
shoot the black person. no need to arrest them.
white people are required by law to be armed at all times. black people
found with arms, are to be shot out of hand.
any mob of black kids is deemed an illegal gang and white people are
permitted to open fire on them.
see how simple it is to solve these silly little problems?

How does that work where you live?
it didn't work that way here. the Afrikaners in charge had moral qualms
about "murdering" blacks.
there was, unfortunately, no Afrikaner prophet who declared that it was
God's will that black people be put to death.
if only there had been an Afrikaner prophet during the time of the Great
Trek who had told the Volk that God's Will was that the Afrikaner Volk
utterly annihilate all black people, because they were "kinders van die
Duiwel" (children of the Devil).
if I could go back in time, I'd play that role.
when i was in High School, i wrote an English essay about how I felt South
Africa should embark on a military campaign to subjugate the whole of
Africa, one country at a time.
for my efforts, i got detention. the fuckers.
