BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- The U.S. civilian administrator in Iraq said Saturday
that Saddam Hussein was in custody hours after his sons were buried in their
homeland. The administrator said that Saddam "is finished." But L. Paul
Bremer warns the threat from "foreign terrorists" infiltrating Iraq will
persist even after Saddam's capture.
