If you do, follow this link www.veridican.com. I assure those who seek
the truth will not be disappointed. Here you will find The Veridican
Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is the most accurate publication on the
teachings of Jesus Christ. I have read several versions of the Gospel
and this one rings true. And if you have questions the webmaster will
reply with an accurate answer. I encourage everyone to give it a read.
Prayer Of St. Thomas Aquinas:
I give You thanks, O holy Lord, Father Almighty, eternal God, Who in
Your own mercy have vouchsafed to nourish me, a sinner, and Your
unworthy servant, with the precious Body and Blood of Your Son, our
Lord Jesus Christ. I had no claim upon Your goodness: I had no
merits, no deserts which I could put forward in my own behalf. But let
not this Holy Communion, I pray You, turn to my judgement and
condemnation: let it rather obtain for me pardon and salvation. Let
it cleanse me from all my vices; let it destroy all my lusts and evil
desires. Let it increase my charity, my patience, my humility, my
obedience. Let it appease all the evil impulses of my mind and body;
and guide me so straightly to You, my true and only God, that I may
look forward to You as the happy goal of all my endeavours. Thus lead
me, I pray You, to that unspeakable festival, when You, and Your Son,
and the Holy Spirit, will be to me and all the Saints the complete
fullness, the end of hope, the everlasting joy, and the never changing
happiness: through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.

Why on earth do you "pray' on an 'atheists' newsgroup'. that's the
equivalent of getting drug at an AA meeting!

It's a simple invitation for atheists to change their wicked ways.

It's not prayer, it's mental masturbation. "Amen" is Latin for "Aaahhh,
that was good."
