He is *ALWAYS* $-preparing-$, but *NEVER* for the right things?
It's important to remember that weaponizing space (via "star wars") and
protecting America from ICBMs is FAR more important than preparing for
natural disasters.

I would *strongly* suggest YOU and BUSH do some *SERIOUS*
checking/studying on WMD's.
Especially, the Biological and Chemical types.
They both are *extremely* cheap, and easily produced, and
delivered, and make HIV/AIDS look like... nothing!
And of course, there's the abundance of *RADIO ACTIVE WASTE*
that could be dumped in the rivers, lakes, water supply OR
even big city sewers OR subways.... *SURPRISE* !!.

A few miles off the coast from ships or in shipping containers.
