Re: The Bible and Health |
Let shift thru the garbage posts and look for some decent replies
Another important law had to do with the disposal of human excrement,
which had to be buried outside the camp. (Deuteronomy 23:12, 13) This
law no doubt saved Israel from many sicknesses. Even today, severe
health problems are caused in some lands by the improper disposal of
human wastes. If people in those lands would only follow the law
written down thousands of years ago in the Bible, they would be much
healthier
The people who wrote the law just made basic observations. How do you
explain modern day scientists giving advise to avoid certain
illnesses? Is God talking to them?

God had to tell the Hebrews not to crap in their living rooms?
Wow. Weren't very bright people were they?
---> They didn't have living rooms. They were Nomads.
You have obviously never read the Bible's advice on how to cure leprosy.
Or the Bible's notion that epileptics suffer from demonic possession, not
a neurological disorder.
---------->The issue here wasn't to cure, but to stop an infection
from killing the whole tribe. These people were Nomads in a dessert.
And where is Epilepsy in the Bible, and How do you know it was
epilepsy? Think about your reply. I understand Jabriol has epilepsy,
and Carol still call him a Demon.
