It appears that the oral arguments in both the Pledge and the Motto cases
have been scheduled at last. Both will be heard on Dec 4 in SF.
Let's just hope we get two or three fair judges.

:|protest them, considering that Moses is in the very architecture of
:|the Supreme Court building. Well, I didn't understand it, because I
:|was thinking they were protesting religion, when, in fact, they were
:|protesting COMMANDMENTS.

The USSC has nothiogn to do with the 10 Commandments. Moses and a lot of
other lawmakers are part of the architecture of the Supreme Court
building.
Nothign special in that. The overall theme is history of law and gives no
special emphasis to the 10 Commandments since there is none in the history
of our laws.

Far as I know the motto of the USA is "E pluribus unum"
This "God" stuff is from the 1950s, IIRC.
