All of Revelation is a construct of Old Testament prophecies, quoted either
in thesis or antithesis, or from internal devices.
The four horses of Revelation are the antithesis to the colors of
Zechariah's four horses, as written in the Hebrew words, where:
White = the innocence of integrity
Red = courageous leadership
Black = diligent witness
Grizled and bay = healthy and strong, i.e. full of the life of grace
Except in Revelation, the four horses are reversed:
White = the death of integrity as it is supplanted with the guilt of
fraudulence.
Red = the death of courageous leadership at it is supplanted with fearful
oppression.
Black = the death of diligent witness as it is replaced with a famine of the
Word.
Sickly-colored (pale) = the death of grace [John doesn't even bother with an
antithesis for this one]

It is written that when LORD Jesus was accused of being Satan because
of HIS power to drive out demons, HE responded as follows:
"Every kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and every city or
