much ignoring the terrorist threat as hoping for an attack to
justify what they wanted to do. I thought he was being a bit
extreme, but now that I read the above article, I'm not so
sure.
What disturbs me most is that these people and their philosophy are
dictating much of the current administration's foreign policy, and the
media are largely ignoring it. One ray of hope is that I heard on a talk
show this morning that it is rumored that Colin Powell will quit the
Bush administration in January, even if Shrub is elected, and is
collaborating with Bob Woodward on a book which will expose the extent
of the neocon influence on the administration. It could get interresting
and ugly fter that.
Thing is, imo, Powell's destroyed his credibility with his *****
performance at the UN.
