<Who said *regarding Parapsychology* in the first place,

I just did; please re-read the above.

No need, you insinuated that it was I that stated it.

<As well ,I am an expert in parapsychology

Um, I'm afraid that's starting to look doubtful...

Really,what an odd premise?

But hey,

we could discuss a bit here, and I'm sure you could change my
mind.

So: what do you want to talk about? Ganzfeld? Sheldrake?
Blackmore? Hyman vs. Utts? Hyman+Honorton? Emily (bless
her little heart) Rosa? Premanand vs. the god-men?
Jim Schnabel and those two blokes he discovered?
Schwartz vs. Randi? Houdini and Doyle? Doyle
and those <snort> fairies? John Wheeler vs. the AAAS
vs. the parapsychologists? (I was mad at Wheeler at
the time over that one; turned out he was totally correct)

Hey, I know: how about Rhine?! I participated in a couple
of his experiments, got a couple of anecdotes there.

Why is it that you sound so decisively fake then?

<but my PhD is in the sciences.

<I also speak four languages fluently.

Hey, maybe there are other topics we could chat about too! So,
what's your PhD in, exactly, and what have you done with it?

Also, what four languages? There's an off chance we could
chat there, too...

?? ????????????? - ????????

<With that being said, now that you have successfully *narrowed your
research*
<answer this question.
<>Do Universities have parapsychology departments and if so ........why?<

Out of the several tens of thousands of universities around the world?
Yes, a handful do. Why so few? And why have so many which formerly
did gone the way of (heads up: here's a hint) Duke University, which
rid itself of its pioneering, three-decades old parapsychology lab back
in the mid-60s?

The answer's simple: there turned out to be no there there.

understand,"Why do Universities have Parapsychology departments?"
