We do. Hence our Holy God elected

"As democracy is perfected, the office of president represents, more and
more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day
the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last and the
White House will be adorned by a downright moron."
- H. L. Mencken (1880 - 1956)

And I guess "our Holy God" also elected Hitler.

No. Hitler secured legislation that gave his party 80% of the seats in the
legislature, in return for 30% of the votes. At the following election,
Hitler was elected by an overwhelming minority.
George W. Bush, by comparison, did need God's help, to get into The
Whitehouse, in the fall of 2000.

It was 5-4, so which judge on the Supreme Court are you calling God?
