America will fail because Americans don't know what they have to do.

America won't fail because it can't fail. The founding fathers set
the country up so it can only be dissolved by the unanimous consent
of the people. They knew that you can't get a large group of people
to agree on anything. That's no guess or hypothesis, it says so in
the Federalist Papers. The only way to get rid of America is to kill
everyone. Even nuclear holocaust can't do that- some will survive.

All America has to do is listen to my sound advice and you'll be back on
track:

1) Stop making war on Terror

The war on terror is just something to do, a pass time to keep us busy.
It gets boning being number one, so we've got to keep looking for things
to do.

2) Cut off Israel

Israel is the Holy Land, the birthplace of the Messiah. We must continue
to keep a foothold there, even if that means tolerating a bunch of Jews.

3) Legalise drugs (end the War on Drugs)

Drugs actually are legal. There is no Constitutional provision to
make them illegal, and the Constitution is the supreme law of the
land.

4) Open your borders, at least to Canadians and Mexicans. Let them
freely enter and leave on their passports.

They already can. The ones needing control are undocumented.

Grant them the right to live and work in the US as they see fit.

We already do.

Ask them for the same deal.

No way that'll ever happen. Mexico won't allow Americans to work
there until they have lived there five years. That means bringing
in a lot of money.

You need cheap labour.

Not me personally.

What is America supposed to look and feel like? A bunch of Levittowns
in a big grid, each with its own White Castle hamburger stand and a
Ben Franklin 5&10, and a street corner with a church on each corner,
one Catholic, one Lutheran, one Calvinist and one Baptist, each house
having a kid on a tricycle waving goodbye to a dad in a late model car
driving to work at the factory where well paid workers all have jobs
they enjoy with no fear of layoffs, etc. etc.... in other words, a
fantastic world that never existed except in movies? <hey! get that

You two must be taking the same drugs. I think someone ought to go find
"It" and add some rust inhibitor.
ObJ.
Debbie and peachy pooled their resources and bought a 12 year old
Lincoln Town Car. After getting it home and noticing the right
front A frame had rusted so badly the wheel fell off, they got
very upset and formed a picket line, hollering at the car to stop
rusting and behave the way it did when it was new.

Hmmmm. If you'd read my post, and the dialog leading up to it, you'd
see there was no sexual innuendo implied. Sorry Babe, don't do cyber

I responded to your complaints about where you think this country is
heading. I implied it amused me that people who complain don't do
anything about it....just complain.
You responded with, "And what makes you believe I am just talk?"
To which I responded, "You're here aren't you?"<meaning you waste a
lot of valuable time posting to these groups. Time that may be better
spent attempting to change it to the place you want it to be.>
Then I wrote, " You may enlighten me if you wish."
Now, if your mind wasn't in the gutter you would have understood that
I was asking just what it was you did, or were presently doing, to
change the way, in your mind, our country is headed. So, that said,
you may enlighten me if you wish.

You're here aren't you? You may enlighten me if you wish.

Sugar, if you waste your time on wishes like that one... well, lets
just say that I do not.
My wishes are a bit more fun.

Hmmmm. If you'd read my post, and the dialog leading up to it, you'd
see there was no sexual innuendo implied. Sorry Babe, don't do cyber
sex. So, let me enlighten you....
Sheesh!

she voted for Bush, twice. she doesn't fucking care.

I vote for Bush a lot too, but I seldom make a marathon out of it, and
I never sleep in the wet spot.
