I think that I pointed out to you before that inserting a name like

Better you first find the law it violates. After you find that
there's no such law you can save both yourself and your lawyer the
time and effort of a fruitless consult.

A hint: shift the brain into *forward* gear. At least that way you
can see yourself falling off the metaphorical precipice. :-P
As it is, I'll reference a law which is currently
non-existent: Texas Penal Code, Title 15, Chapter 9,
Articles 1191-1194, and Article 1196.
"Article 1191. Abortion
"If any person shall designedly administer
to a pregnant woman or knowingly procure to be
administered with her consent any drug or medicine,
or shall use towards her any violence or means
whatever externally or internally applied, and
thereby procure an abortion, he shall be confined
in the penitentiary not less than two nor more
than five years; if it be done without her consent,
the punishment shall be doubled. By `abortion' is
meant that the life of the fetus or embryo shall be
destroyed in the woman's womb or that a premature
birth thereof be caused.
"Art. 1192. Furnishing the means
"Whoever furnishes the means for procuring an
abortion knowing the purpose intended is guilty as
an accomplice.
"Art. 1193. Attempt at abortion
"If the means used shall fail to produce an abortion,
the offender is nevertheless guilty of an attempt to
produce abortion, provided [410 U.S. 113, 118] it
be shown that such means were calculated to produce
that result, and shall be fined not less than one
hundred nor more than one thousand dollars.
"Art. 1194. Murder in producing abortion
"If the death of the mother is occasioned by an
abortion so produced or by an attempt to effect the
same it is murder."
"Art. 1196. By medical advice
"Nothing in this chapter applies to an abortion
procured or attempted by medical advice for the
purpose of saving the life of the mother."
This particular set of articles was struck down by none other
than Roe vs. Wade, otherwise known as 410 US. 113, in 1973-01-22.
But they were in the lawbooks prior thereto.
Are these laws "pro-abortion"?
Note that Texas laws have since been apparently heavily rewritten;
there is no longer a Title 15. A current copy of the laws
is at http://www.capitol.state.tx.us/statutes/petoc.html .
This is probably as official as it gets on the Web but presumably
one can also go to a good law library, if one lives in the
Lone Star State, for past copies.
Murder is currently defined in Title 5, Chapter 19, section 19.02.
The definition is of some complexity as it contains a number of
clauses. It uses the term "individual", which is defined in
Title 1, Chapter 1, Section 1.07, paragraph (a), subparagraph (26).
(26) "Individual" means a human being who has been born and is alive.
The terms "human", "being", "born", and "alive" are not defined here.
They probably aren't in much need thereof.
Section 1.06 simply states:
A person attains a specified age on the day of the anniversary of
his birthdate.
which means that foetii, were they recognized as entities at all,
might have to be referred to with somewhat cumbersome
constructs: e.g., "25 weeks prior to expected date of birth" for
a foetus approaching the end of its first trimester.
Title 6 ("Offenses against the family") is interesting but primarily
concerns itself with such things as bigamy, prohibited sexual
conduct, offenses regarding child custody or runaway children,
deadbeat dads (or moms), and such.
Mutual masturbation is not covered therein, so it is possible to love
thy neighbor as thyself. This is admittedly a rather odd reading
of Section 25.02 (Chapter 25).

I don't kill children, nitwit. Of course, you may
stipulate if you like that I am advocating the killing
of (unborn) children, but that's the best you can do,
and since it's quite clear in the law that the abortion
of (unborn) children is allowed, it's quite legal, if
undesirable to many. (The woman looking for an abortion is
not doing it because she finds it ecstatically pleasurable,
either!)
There is one mildly interesting exception: Delaware. However,
I am not a lawyer and may not be reading their laws correctly.

not doing it because she finds it ecstatically pleasurable,
either!)

There is one mildly interesting exception: Delaware. However,
I am not a lawyer and may not be reading their laws correctly.

Well, it would seem that you pro-abortion people have a situation
similar to the holocaust in Nazi Germany. There were not many Nazis
who abandoned their mistake until the war was lost. We would expect
the behavior of pro-abortion people to be similar.

Better you first find the law it violates. After you find that
there's no such law you can save both yourself and your lawyer the
time and effort of a fruitless consult.

It violates this law: Love thy neighbor as thyself.

That's not a law, and you know it. You're not being a smart-*****,
Winn, you're being a dumb-*****.

Sorry, that is a law.

Then quote the section of state law it's found in, and name the state.

Biblical Law, State of Confusion.

Laws in the United States are pro-abortion. This is a pro-abortion
country in which this law is prohibited by the pro-abortion
government.
Robert B. winn

Note that Texas laws have since been apparently heavily rewritten;
there is no longer a Title 15.

It gets interesting, as the "Mary tax" is at best a method by
which one can extract more money from pregnant women.
As for "killing children", I can think of several scenarios.
All of these assume relatively problem-free first-trimester
surgical procedures -- the vast majority of abortions.
* * *
[1] A woman, let's call her Jane Doe, walks into a clinic and gets
a perfectly legal abortion. She walks out, and nobody but her
doctor and she know.
[2a] Jane walks into a clinic and gets a head-shrinking lecture
about the evils of abortion, about how she is about to
murder an innocent helpless unborn preborn child baby foetus
thingy, and that, should she really wish to go through what
the clinic considers a heinous act, that she has to wait
24 hours from her first visit, with plenty of paperwork to
prove that she was in fact there, otherwise she'll have to
wait another 24 hours, etc. She gets the abortion anyway
but is very unhappy about it.

[2b] Jane gets the same lecture as in [2a], and gets physically sick
while looking at the more graphic photos, and runs from the
room without the necessary paperwork.
[2c] The clinic plays games with the paperwork, or is incompetent in
the handling thereof, as described later in court during the
trial of a "clinic sting".
[3a] Jane goes to what she thinks is an abortion clinic. It turns out
that it's a referral service instead, and the receptionist very
politely states that "we don't do that sort of thing in the USA;
there's no referrals anywhere unless you can prove that you'll
die without the procedure." Jane goes to another clinic and is
told the same thing. Jane keeps going to clinics but nobody
says boo. Ultimately Jane gives up and decides to fly to France.
[3b] Same as [3a], except that there's this cute little boutique in the
bad part of town that will do the procedure, but just looking
around Jane gets a number of qualms and backs out at the last
minute.
[3c] Jane gets the abortion at the boutique but becomes sterile because
of a septic instrument; the hospital was lucky and was able to
save her life, though.
[3d] Hospitals aren't always so lucky but Jane had a good life insurance plan.
[3e] Jane isn't allowed to fly to France, as the passport restrictions
in the United States explicitly forbid "traveling to foreign
locales for the purpose of executing procedures deemed illegal
in the United States", and the receptionist was required by law
to forward all paperwork to Homeland Security, which forwarded
Jane's name to a commercial passenger blacklisting service.
[3f] Jane is arrested as she tries to fly to France, and held.
[4a] Jane finds a cute little boutique to do the operation. The
receptionist pushes a little button to lock the doors. A
policewoman comes in, plays a tape of Jane talking with the
receptionist about her planned abortion, and arrests Jane for
"conspiracy to murder an unborn child". Jane is sentenced to
a year in a specialized detention facility.
[4b] Jane is sentenced to a year in a standard woman's prison facility.
[4c] Jane is given an infraction ticket. (See [3a].)
[5a] Jane is a minor and goes to a boutique. The receptionist blinks,
then picks up the phone to call her parents.
[5b] The receptionist has someone else call her parents, unbeknownst to
Jane.
[5c] The receptionist calls Jane's parents later.
[5d] The receptionist calls the police, who notify Jane's parents.

Personally I think that the pro-abortion faction that promotes and
encourages certain actions should be held legally responsible for the
consequences of the actions.
Robert B. Winn

Logically, I conclude that a person who starts an argument with the lie
that
there is such a thing as "pro-abortionist", already has their head up
their
ignorant *****!

Profanity is the attempt of a weak mind to make a strong statement.

Objection to profanity is the realization of a weak mind that they
can't address the point presented and must attempt distraction.

Well, I don't really think so.

What you think is meaningless drivel, as so eloquently presented in
each and every one of your posts. My point stands unchallenged.

Well, I already recognized the declaration of war made by pro-abortion

A:

Well, if you declared war against the United States,

Which I haven't.
B:

and you are a
United States citizen,

Which I am.
C:

that would mean that you are engaged in treason
against the United States.

Simple AND-gate logic. For C to be true, both A and B must be true.
Since A is false, C is false.
