One small problem with your theory. Ken was actually PROVED to have been

The proof was conclusive, in the form of time stamps which gave Ken away.
Also, Ken's various attempts to lie his way out of it were well-documented
and are easy to independently verify in Google.
And then there's the fact that he always seems to coincidentally appear
moments after the forgeries, to claim it wasn't him (even when nobody
accuses him).
But then, you're not interested in facts, are you? You'd probably argue
that Ken's diploma from Shaftesbury University is genuine, too?
