Remember, christians believe 1 + 1 + 1 = 1. Reasoning obviously isn't
their strong point.

To no one in particular--just anyone whose idea of a good time is
squabbling endlessly over stupid stuff like this 3-in-1 god crap...
Come on, folks, it's not that complicated. Just think categories and
Venn diagrams. Consider, one person can simultaneously be different
things. A man can be someone's son, and he can be someone else's
husband, and someone else's father as well. Presto: One person,
different aspects. Not exactly mind-boggling.
Now, if even we lowly humans can manage such an "impossible" trick,
certainly the Xians can make their god do the same damn stunt. Hell, as
long as it's imaginary, they can make it be everything everywhere,
forever and ever, hallelujah and a-men, with a hey-nonny-nonny, and a
yippie-ai-oh-kai-yay! It doesn't have to make sense (and it almost
certainly won't, as long as there are people who suppose that believing
in stuff hard enough will make it come true), and you'll never convince
them otherwise. So why bother trying? A total waste of time and
bandwidth, IMHO.
A modest proposal: Suppose we leave the idiot shtick to the
fundies--they're the undisputed champs, and we shouldn't envy them their
title. The world has preachy fundy Xians, fundy Muslims, fundy Hindus,
fundy this and fundy that. The last thing we need is a bunch of preachy
"fundy atheists." We've better stuff to do. Sheesh.

What a brilliantly irrelevant analysis!
You're speaking of one person with multiple social titles. But that one person
can't sit wherever he's sitting while simultaneously sitting somewhere else --
as in the place of honor to his own right. And this one person doesn't utter
gibberish along the lines of, "Myself, myself, why has myself forsaken myself?"

I agree that some atheists indulge in shrill silliness of the kind that theists
glory in.
I don't agree that atheists should stop exposing silliness -- especially
silliness that's as silly as the silliness you defend above.
