No one needs to teach Soldiers how to treat POW anything !!
The know the "NAME, RANK, AND SERIAL NUMBER" prisoner
standard, and also, how they would prefer to be treated
since their childhood.
The U.S. & U.K. Soldiers are encouraged to
be beast like monsters, from the top brass --> on down.
All responsibility/punishment must be
directed to the highest of command levels possible.
If... Fairness/Justice is really a primary consideration....
