The trial is under way for the man charged in a rape case that once had
Galleria shoppers and
workers looking over their shoulders.
Juan Reyes Solis is accused of kidnapping and raping a Galleria employee.
It was an emotional moment for the victim as she stepped into a courtroom
for the very first
time.
She actually only took a few steps into the courtroom while the judge was
swearing her in and
avoided any eye contact with her alleged attacker.
Juan Reyes Solis, 23, is accused of beating, abducting and sexually
assaulting a female hair
salon employee who worked in the upscale shopping center.

earphones. Maybe he's hard of hearing?
Maybe he's of that small percent of Tejanos
that never learned English?
