Reminds me of a news story I heard on the radio years ago. The police
surrounded a house in Cambridge MA and kicked in the door just as the
owner and his guests were sitting down to dinner. "You're under arrest!"
the head cop told the owner. "For what?" replied the startled and
confused man. "For growing marijuana." said the officer. "Where?" said
the house owner. "Those plants in the window." said the policeman,
pointing to a window sill. The man replied "Uh, officer, haven't you
ever seen tomato plants before?". And they were.
The owner sued the city, but all he got was money to fix his door.
The average IQ of your average cop. The thing is, I'd bet that cop
only saw dollar signs thinking he could get the house seized by the
fascists and turned into hard cash for himself and his fellow cop
cultists.
